Basic Policies:

We hold the right to change pricing of any services or product. Custom shoes and apparel should be worn with care and treated as a luxury. Custom products need to handle with care and used gently.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept any refunds or exchanges & we are not responsible for any lose or damages. In this situation a customer is unsatisfied with their order, please contact us via email.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped out after production is done, basic shipping within USA is about 3 business days and tracking will be provided to customer. Turn around or production time may be a week to up to 2 months for releases and up to 9 weeks for all other customs. This may change due to delays in supplies and shipping which are out of our control.

Overnight and two days shipping is not guaranteed and is only permitted on certain circumstances. Shipping to countries outside of the United states require additional payment and not guaranteed for every country. Their may be restrictions, taxes or etc. required when shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for customs fees. Kaoss is not responsible once shoe reaches shipper and tracking is sent, if there is an issue please reach out to shipper with your tracking number.

Agreement of Terms:

The terms presented represent a legal binding agreement made between the viewers/customers and Kaoss/Khaotic Kaoss, when dealing with your access and use of www.Kaoss.com on desktop, any mobile or electronic as well as any media form. By agreeing with these terms you are saying you have read and understood them. If you however do not agree then you are prohibited from using this site and must exit immediately. Koree Smith and any other creators of Kaoss/Khaotic Kaoss here reserves the rights to make any changes or adjustments to these terms for any reason. It is the viewers/consumers responsibility to review periodically these terms as they are subject to updates.

You are not required to register with the site, however if you do so you must agree to keep your credential (password) confidential and you will be responsible for the total use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove log in information if found inaccurate or untrue.

Re-posting on other social media forms or reviews on site, you must comply by no offensive profanity, abuse, racism, or any hate language. May not use any discriminatory references based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, or national origin. No references to illegal activity will be tolerated, no posting of false or misleading information/statements. No encouraging others to post negative about the company. The information will not, nor will it be sold or rented to anyone. Information inputted is only there to respond to the needs of customers/viewers, complete the service or opt-in for emails.
